Returns & Exchanges

At TeeTurtle, we want you to love your new gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for the return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
